Lighthouse Golf Parent is a program of Play Golf In College ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on lighthousegolfparent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name and email when you take the free diagnostic or sign up for emails, your diagnostic result, the details you enter at checkout, questions you send for the monthly Q&A, and anything you write to us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider through Kajabi. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site collects basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and general location, and uses cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. If we use advertising or analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they may set their own cookies to measure visits and ad results.
Tools inside Foundations. Some member tools, like the Tournament Schedule and Budget Review, save what you enter in your own browser on your own device. That information is not sent to us.
How we use it
To deliver your membership and the content you asked for, send your diagnostic results and the emails you signed up for, answer your questions, process payments and renewals, improve the site and the program, and meet our legal obligations.
Emails
If you take the diagnostic or join Foundations, we will send you emails about the program. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send account and billing emails while you are a member.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the program, such as Kajabi (our website, membership and email platform) and our payment processor, and with analytics or advertising providers if we use them. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children
Foundations is for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Your choices
You can update your account details in your account settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes here and update the date above.
