Terms of Membership

These terms cover your membership in Foundations and your use of lighthousegolfparent.com. Lighthouse Golf Parent is a program of Play Golf In College ("we," "us"), founded by Coach Brad Sparling. By joining Foundations or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What you get

Foundations is a digital membership for parents of junior golfers. It includes the lessons, tools, templates, digital books, newsletters and Q&A content described on the checkout page at the time you join. We add and update content over time, and we may change, improve or retire individual pieces as the program grows.

Price, billing and renewal

Foundations costs $249 per year, charged when you join. Your membership renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase, at the then current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. If the price ever changes, we will tell you by email before your renewal.

Canceling

You can cancel your renewal at any time from your account settings (the billing section) or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds and our guarantee

Because Foundations is digital content you can access the moment you join, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Our guarantee is personal: work Foundations for 90 days, and if you are not a calmer, more effective golf parent, email us and you get a personal call with Coach Spar to set it right.

Coaching credit

If you are accepted into Advisory or Elite Performance Coaching through Play Golf In College within 12 months of joining Foundations, the Foundations fee you paid is credited toward your first year of coaching. Coaching is by application and acceptance is not guaranteed.

Your account

Your membership is for you and your household. Please don't share your login or pass along the lessons, downloads or books. Keep your password private, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared or misused.

Our content

Everything in Foundations, including the 10 Pillars, lessons, scripts, templates, tools, books and videos, belongs to Play Golf In College and Brad Sparling and is protected by copyright. You may print and use the materials for your own family. You may not copy, sell, publish or redistribute them.

Educational guidance, not professional advice

Foundations shares guidance based on Coach Spar's experience and published research. It is educational and does not replace advice from a doctor, mental health professional, attorney, financial advisor, or the official rules of the NCAA or any other governing body. College recruiting rules change, so always confirm current rules with the governing body or the college. Results depend on many things outside our control, and we don't promise any particular golf, recruiting or scholarship outcome.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site available and the content accurate, but we provide Foundations as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will post it here and update the date above. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
